- Photocopy of two sides of the identity card
- Copy of a copy of a degree in Dentistry or a certificate of completion of studies. If the grade is expressed by a mark or a whole number, a certificate from the relevant school giving the exact numerical grade to two decimal places must also be submitted.
- Detailed grading of undergraduate courses
- English language certificate at C2/C2 level.
- Certificate of Attainment in Greek at level B2, for foreign candidates.
- Recognition of the academic equivalence of a foreign qualification
- Two (2) letters of recommendation
