Call for Bids for the 19th Congress of EAPD in 2028

Dear Councilors

 

According to the bylaws of the EAPD we announced in the European Archives of Paediatric Dentistry and EAPD website (www.eapd.eu) for the 19^th Congress of EAPD in 2028. The EAPD Board invites countries via their councilors to bid for the 19^th Congress of EAPD in 2028. Based on the bylaws the bid application should be directed to the Future Congresses and Seminars Committee (FCSC) and should include a budget plan which includes the following aspects:

- Host city and venue

- Hotel

- proposed dates of the congress

- travel information

- chair of the local organizing committee

- potential topics

- estimate

- financial budget (including the proposed registration fees)

- statement form the local EAPD Councilor and the local Paediatric Dentistry Society (President) to organize the congress

 

All documents should be sent to the FCSC chair by February 28, 2024 (Norbert.Kraemer@dentist.med.uni-giessen.de).

The timetable for the evaluation process:

• Deadline to receive the bids: 28^th February 2024
• Period to evaluate the bids: 1st–31^st March 2024
• Interview by ZOOM with bidding country 2st or 3nd week of April 2024
