Become A New Member
- Download the Application Form to your PC in MS-Word (.doc) format.
- Fill out the document, save it as a pdf or Word document with your name somewhere in the title of the file.
- E-mail the completed Application Form to the Secretary, Dr. Paddy Fleming at pfleming@dental.tcd.ie.
Please attach in the same e-mail the following:
- Copy of your diploma/degree/accreditation certificate from your training programme in Paediatric Dentistry
- Brief curriculum vitae (no more than two pages long)
Alternatively the printed and completed form (please use CAPITAL letters) should be given to the Councillor of your country who should endorse it and forward it to the Secretary.
