The EAPD reserves the right to revise this privacy statement at any time by providing notice to users. Use of this site after such change signifies the user’s acceptance of the changed terms.
From General Users
EAPD does not collect any personal information from users browsing its site. Only aggregate data—such as the number of hits per page—are collected. Aggregate data are only used for internal purposes and do not provide any personally identifying information.
From EAPD’s Members
To gain access to members-only resources and personalization features on www.eapd.eu, members and other users are asked to register and provide appropriate information. This information is submitted voluntarily. EAPD asks users to provide their name, member number (for members), organization name, business address, business phone and e-mail. Similar information may be submitted to EAPD through membership applications and subscriptions. This information is not sold or distributed in any other manner.
Members have the obligation to pay an annual fee for the privileges they receive as members of the Academy. The amount of the annual fee depends upon the membership status of the members and the country of residency. Members residing in countries identified by the World Bank classification as medium and low economies pay a reduced annual fee.
Disclosures to Third Parties
EAPD also makes member contact information available through the EAPD Membership Directory only to other members of the Academy. Members information is disclosured to the public (in the “Find a Paediatric Dentist” section) after the Academy has received a written consent form that the member permits his/hers information shared. Alternatively, users may contact EAPD at firstname.lastname@example.org or +30 210-6756420 to express their preferences if they determine later that they do not wish to have the information shared.
Members agree to receive emails from the EAPD with information associated with EAPD functions (i.e. EAPD future events, membership payment reminder etc)
